I'm a holistic Christian certified life coach who focuses on helping you improve your mental/emotional health by looking at your overall mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. I've found that the whole-person approach helps people reach their goals much more effectively.​ I'm all about getting to the heart of the matter, so I take a close look at your current situation or goals/desires, specify them, dive deep into what matters most to you, and help you uncover obstacles and opportunities for lasting impact and transformation.

I do! The details are outlined in your contract when you become my client. In short, I don't offer refunds on products or services, but you might be eligible to reschedule.

What are your credentials?

Coaching professionally for 5+ years, BS in Psychology from an accredited Christian university with a 125+ hour local internship in life coaching & mental health (graduated cum laude), AAS in Human Services with a 130+ hour local practicum focused on life coaching, 2 life coaching certifications from different institutions that were 40+ hours combined and included mandatory small-group leading with supervision, ​MHRT/c certified.

Do you treat mental illness?

I do not diagnose or treat mental illness (or any illness for that matter!). I support you achieving your goals. For example, while you may already have a diagnosis of anxiety or depression, I won't treat it or give medical advice, but we may talk and work on goals that bring you additional relief in those areas. Scope of practice is important to me, and I believe it's good to recognize our limitations. We are all limited in what we can do for another human being, and I will communicate with you if I come to believe that working with a licensed counselor or other provider would be more appropriate and beneficial.​ If there's ever a time that you feel that way, please don't hesitate to communicate that with me (it won't hurt my feelings!).
